Your Hebrew date script is not working
Hi, I use your Hebrew date script on my website, and it works great.. Up until recently. I just checked my site (and your tutorial page as well) and the date does not load.
Thanks
The downlaod of the hebrew dates and holodays is great. Is there a way to get the information in color and or capital letters?
Imwould loke to download the Hebbcal in color and cpaital letters any way to do this?
After downloading and installing Hebcal on my Outlook calendar, i can see on my desktop but is not syncing with my Android phone. How to have dates appear on the phone?
Hebrew dates on Outlook desktop calendar are not syncing through Microsoft exchange to Android device or iPad.
Conflict in Readings? Hebcal is different from Chabad, Reform, Conservative....
I am confused in that the Torah Readings are listed on your home page as Tazria-Metzora, but on the calendar pages it says Achrei-Mot & Kedoshim. Can you explain this please?
Leining spreadsheet for previous years
I want to load a spreadsheet with the Leining from 2014 thru today. I see the files for this year and future years but not past years. Can anyone send these to me?
Hi, thanks for using Hebcal, and thanks for your patience.
We recently added new "Parsha by year" pages like the following which list the Torah readings (both Shabbat and holiday) for an entire year. These pages contain links to the Comma Separated Value (CSV) files which you can import into Microsoft Excel or some other spreadsheet program

Configuring the REST output?
I'm a physicist and programmer who recently started playing with the http://sonoff.itead.cc/en/ Sonoff switches. These are wifi connected and programmable and based on the ESP8266 chip. My "jewish" ideas for using these programmable switches are:
1. Turn on a light half an hour before shabbat and chag and turn it off, whenever my wife wants to go to sleep. :-)
2. Connect them to a Yarzeit lamp and automatically turn it on according to a list of dates.
Since the ESP8266 is quite a limited processor, I'm not sure that I can fit hebcal executable onto it. But since I in any case need to turn to the internet in order to get the the current date (the SonOff switches do not have a battery for a real time clock), I thought that I can then just the same turn to the hebcal web site to do the heavy lifting calculations. (Also, that way I don't need to figure out how to cross compile hebcal and I'm lazy. ;-)
So now my question is if whether it is possible to modify the hebcal REST output? Currently the response from the example query is 67k long, and contains a lot of irrelevant info. Is it possible to get e.g. ONLY the next shabbat/hag cande lighting time?
Havdalah Times for "Fridge Calendar"
Hi,
I think it would be beneficial to also export havdalah times in the quick "Refrigerator Times".
I spent some time trying to do this innately in the website, however I could not find something. (I ended up building my own via exported data in excel).
Anyways, just an idea! Love the website :)
Hebcal has destroyed my gmail calendar. There is no way to remove it.
I want to remove your calendar from Google Calendar. However, it does not appear under Calendar Settings. There is nothing I can unsubscribe to. What can I do? this is a huge problem, I cannot see any of my actual calendar events because Hebcal uses top two lines. Third request on this issue, and I see others have posted and there has been no answer.
Hello, thanks for using Hebcal.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble removing Hebcal events form Google Calendar. Our instructions work well if you subscribed to a separate Hebcal feed inside of Google Calendar, or if you followed our altnerantive instructions and imported Hebcal events into a separate calendar.
If you inadvertently merged Hebcal events into your main event calendar, you can either delete events one at a time, or you can use a 3rd-party product such as https://www.gcaltoolkit.com/ to bulk-remove multiple events at once.
