For ChM1, it now says: "Torah Portion: Exodus 13:1-16; Numbers 28:19-25" - and similarly it's fixed in other places where the aliyot contain readings from multiple sifrei Torah

Our yahrzeit, birthday and anniversary calendar be used to do that. It lets you generate a list of Yahrzeit dates, Hebrew Birthdays, and Hebrew Anniversaries.

You can print, subscribe to annual email reminders, and download a multi-year calendar feed to Apple, Google, Outlook, and more.

If you know the Hebrew but not the Gregorian date, use the Hebrew Date Converter to get the Gregorian date and then come back to the anniversary tool.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble finding the triennial Torah readings. Triennial schedule is only available in the Diaspora, and you may have customized your calendar for Israel.

We made a small change to our Israel Torah reading pages earlier this week to make it easier to switch to the Diaspora schedule. You will now see a section called Triennial that includes a link that says "See Diaspora schedule".

I did find a reference on the Wikipedia page for Parashat Maasei, which suggests adding only 2 verses from Isaiah.

How to identify the calendar depends on the application you used to subscribe (Outlook, Windows 10 Calendar, etc). Hebcal Yahrzeit and anniversary calendars are named "Yahrzeit: name1, name2, ..." or "Hebrew Anniversary: name1, name2, ..."
