I checked up in both my siddur (Vaani Tefilati) and in my tikkun (Simanin). All days are correct EXCEPT for days 2 and 5 (1 and 4 of hol hamoed). Whilst the readings are correct, the division is not. Below is the division as per my tikkun and siddur:

Pesach II (Hol Hamoed 1)
1. Vayikra 22:26 - 23:8, 16 pesukim

2. Vayikra 23:9 - 14, 6 pesukim

3. Vayikra 23:15 - 44, 30 pesukim

4. Correct

Pesach V (Hol Hamoed 4)

1. Shemot 34:1 - 3, 3 pesukim

2. Shemot 34:4 - 16, 13 pesukim

3. Shemot 34:17 - 26, 10 pesukim

4. Correct
