I tried using the Outlook Web button, but it’s not working because it always takes me to the Microsoft login screen (even if I’m logged in already) and even after I log in it does not take me to the add calendar screen. I copied the link (webcal://download.hebcal.com/v4/CAEQARgBIAEoATABQAFIAVABWNfwowJqAXN4EoABAYgBAZgBAaABAbgBAcgBAagDAQ/hebcal_roanoke.ics) and pasted it manually.
