I would lime the hebrew date to change on my watch at sunset rather than midnight. Is this pissible?

Sorry to hear that! Did you try running the App Store directly on the watch and searching for Hebcal? It's still available in the app store.

After a reinstall of my watch, the app is gone and there is no way to redownload it

Update: the Hebcal Apple Watch beta has officially graduated to released status.

Hebcal doesn't offer an Apple Watch complication, but we really like the idea and hope to implement one.
