Add language option for the date REST API

Hi,

I'm currently building an Android app using your REST API, mainly to get the date in hebrew.

However, with each request comes a list of "events" like omer day, parashat of the week, etc.

But the events are described in english.

I'd like to request a language option, since i'm builing an app for french people.

I could help you with the translation.
