How to adjust the minutes before before sunset on Alexa?

We don't offer an option for setting minutes before sundown for Alexa candle-lighting times. Candle-lighting times on Alexa are fixed to 18 minutes before sunset in general, and 40 minutes before sunset in Jerusalem.
