We've made a few additional changes to Outlook calendar feeds to attempt to avoid this issue. Please let us know if you're still seeing this problem.

This can happen when you set up Hebcal in one timezone, then switch to another.
Our recommendation is to remove all of your Hebcal events and then re-download.
