Android 7. I installed Hebcal from the Playstore. I used to be able to add actions to Hebcal and have them show on Google Cal on my computer, but now they only show on Hebcal on my phone.

The HebCal & Widget app on the Google Play store is developed by an organization called BotenSoft which is not affiliated with Hebcal.com. Although they use the same name, we have no relationship with them and cannot offer support for their app.
You downloaded the .ICS version ?
What version of Android You have?
Other .ICS files exported from Windows Calendar or from timeanddate.com work?
