Misalign between the LIST setting and the MONTH setting !

Does the List Setting align with the MONTH setting ? It seems one day off between ! For example check 30 AD , Nisan month doesn’t align each other ! Please clarify  and let me know please , thanks!

Hebcal does not take into account a correction of ten days that was introduced by Pope Gregory XIII known as the Gregorian Reformation.[1]
