No Time Change for Illinois beginning Nov. 2020!!!

Heads up: the State of Illinois will no longer participate in Daylight Saving Time!  The time change next month (March) will be its last. The candle lighting times on your website for my Illinois town reflect the expected time change. How do I calculate the new candle lighting times (without moving back one hour) beginning Nov. 6, 2020?
