I change the settings without success

I am using Lumia 640 Windows 10 phone.

I made a shortcut to your Hebrew calendar. I changed the settings to have the Hebrew dates

I did save the settings but those settings are forgotten as soon I close the website.

Do you intend to adapt your beautiful programs for Windows Phone?
