Yes and no. Yes, if you enter this year into the form you will get a perpetual calendar based on those dates. However, you may inadvertently create an inaccurate calendar!
The rules for calculating birthdays and yahrzeits are a bit complicated and depend on the actual attributes of the Hebrew year they occurred in (was it a leap year? Short Kislev? Long Cheshvan?). It's unlikely that this year matches the form of the year the birth or death occurred.

Thank you so much. Is there a way to just put in the Hebrew date? Otherwise I have to go back and figure out the Hebrew year for each yahrzeit to get the correct English date
